My name is Wallace.
I have worked in the IT industry since 1996, as a software developer, database administrator, computer technician, and a network and systems administrator. It is during my later years when I was presented with the opportunity to learn more about how different people feel about computers. I discovered that most, though not all, individuals feel that computers are strange and mysterious boxes, powerful yet fragile. It is then that I learned that when it comes to computer service, a gentle, informed hand and a bright, positive attitude yielded better results.
Most people will call this "good customer service", and so do I. I strive to provide good service at an affordable rate. Coming from a more holistic mindset, it is my desire to make computer service something simple and affordable, without unnecessary costs, up-sells, cross-sells, or marketing gimmicks. I believe that there is mutual benefit in offering a well priced service - being able to afford a call for quick and efficient service, without it breaking your bank, benefits us both - you get your computer working, and I can earn a living wage.
